Planning for the Road Trip Part 1: Choosing the method of Transportation!

The planning has been going on for some time, but the struggle to figure out what form a transportation is real! Here is what I am looking at for options:

1. RV Purchase – Small Class C RV that sleeps 2, used and in reasonably good shape with all of the basics. (Bath, shower, bed, desk, kitchen.)
   
2. RV Trailer – Used travel trailer/RV, with all of the basics. (Bath, shower, bed, desk, kitchen.)
   
3. DIY RV Trailer – Build an RV based on a 7′ x 10′ covered trailer.
   
4. DIY RV Van – Purchase a used Ford Transit Mid Roof Van.
   

I am honestly leaning towards the DIY RV Van because I like the idea of having something that is relatively small and somewhat stealth at the same time.
